The staff are all enormously friendly and helpful. The room is tidy and spotlessly clean. According to Italian law, the AC is not operated in the cooler months of Spring. So a west facing room can become a bit warm in the afternoon, if the blackout curtain is not drawn. Who stays in the room all day, anyway?
