PROS: Giuseppe on reception is incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The TV worked well on connecting to Netflix.
CONS: the hotel is far from Milan city centre and the trams no longer run past the hotel, they may eventually resume after the tram works but do not book this hotel thinking you are easily accessing the centre by tram. Itll take buses and subways to get there, there are no trams.

The hotel had everything that you need, all the reception staff were excellent, they all spoke English so communication was easy. The breakfast served was delicious with lots of variety for all tastes. ...

We were in Milan for the weekend and hotel was excellent and the staff were excellent and nothing was too much of an issue. The rooms were good but only issue was the heat in the room (weather outside was warm) and the air conditioning unit was not working, well it did work but for all of 30 seconds to 1 minute then switch off. The breakfast is exceptional and is a major plus point.

Hotel was perfect for a weekend exploring Milan. Tram stop is a minutes walk from hotel takes you directly into central Milan. The room was clean and comfortable and staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent ...
