Hotel was perfect for a weekend exploring Milan. Tram stop is a minutes walk from hotel takes you directly into central Milan. The room was clean and comfortable and staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent ...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We had an issue with the heating on the first night, which was fixed straight away. As an apology, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast and even provided extra blankets in case the heating went off again a really thoughtful touch.

I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B Hotel Milan and would happily recommend it to others. The standout feature was the staff incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, with excellent English spoken throughout. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
While the hotel is located outside the main city centre, this was absolutely not a drawback. There is a tram stop right out...

The staff guys are very kind, social and gentil. The bedroom was very confortable and cozy, it had a TV with some channels to watch and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast service was a buffet and it had many options to choose.
The bedroom door lets in outside noise so some nights is very difficult to sleep....
