Great city stay with easy jet
Lovely room
- all amenities you need
Free mini bar as a thankyou on first night
Breakfast room really inviting and good cold and hot food options 7-10am so never really too busy staff lovely and nice rooftop terrace
24 hr coffee machine in reception as well as tea coffee ect in room
No issues at all
Right nr metro if needed and walkable 20 mins to centre
So

This hotel has a fantastic mid city location, out the door and there are shops, eateries and the underground station just steps away. The lobby and lift are a bit cramped but the room was a fantastic surprise, very spacious (the biggest of 13 hotels we stayed in on our trip). We spent a long time researching hotel options for Milan, and we could not have been happier with our choice of the Best Western Hotel City! We arrived by train at Milan Centrale, and walked to the hotel. The friendly desk agent, Alberto, helpfully stored our luggage at no cost so we could start exploring the city-- which is easy to do with the Lima subway stop just steps away! We just stayed for 3 nights and the stay was great, although the rooms were outdated, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the roof top terrace was great for the views of Milan! We were also very impressed with the variety of food at breakfast. Its also a great location, we used the Lima metro line just outside the hotel regularly which gets you to Duomo within 5 mins. Would highly recommend!...
