This hotel looks fine, but our stay was definitely not fine. The room was smelly, the button to flush the toilet leaked water, the shower water goes everywhere because theres only a half window to cover the splashing, the water from the shower would go from cool to third degree burns in a second without moving the handle, the walls are very thin and the city noise outside is very loud, it was one of the worst sleeps...

Thanks especially to Fananda on the desk she was super kind and helpful.
Weve stayed at a few places in Milan and chose this one for its proximity to the central station - but not tooo near. We were on a one night stop over en route to Roma. Arrived quite late And went to the recommended restaurant. It was busy and we enjoyed it. Several Other choices within 5 to 10 minutes.
The mini bar was free ( nice touch )...

Great city stay with easy jet
Lovely room
- all amenities you need
Free mini bar as a thankyou on first night
Breakfast room really inviting and good cold and hot food options 7-10am so never really too busy staff lovely and nice rooftop terrace
24 hr coffee machine in reception as well as tea coffee ect in room
No issues at all
Right nr metro if needed and walkable 20 mins to centre
So
E nice places to eat ...

This hotel has a fantastic mid city location, out the door and there are shops, eateries and the underground station just steps away. The lobby and lift are a bit cramped but the room was a fantastic surprise, very spacious (the biggest of 13 hotels we stayed in on our trip). It was spotlessly clean with a good size bathroom as well. Breakfast was adequate, not the most delicious Ive experienced but not the worst. I...

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Good food, Great room. Extremely central. Excellent location. I cannot recommend this highly enough....
