Excellent location for city touring.
Breakfast was amazing, great choices and fresh food.
Room was very clean + comfortable with ample storage.
Lovely rooftop seating area but no bar....

Good sized room though limited for storage and the lighting was either BRIGHT or not much. No drawers to keep things in. Bonus was that there was a kettle, tea, coffee etc. Walk-in shower was great and a special "night light" in the floor which was helpful. Great selection available at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was nice; able to walk to what we wanted to do.
The elevator was terrible, extremely small; 2 people and luggage barely fit. Breakfast was good.
If you were unable to walk; getting to the elevator required climbing steps....

This hotel looks fine, but our stay was definitely not fine. The room was smelly, the button to flush the toilet leaked water, the shower water goes everywhere because theres only a half window to cover the splashing, the water from the shower would go from cool to third degree burns in a second without moving the handle, the walls are very thin and the city noise outside is very loud, it was one of the worst sleeps...

Thanks especially to Fananda on the desk she was super kind and helpful.
Weve stayed at a few places in Milan and chose this one for its proximity to the central station - but not tooo near. We were on a one night stop over en route to Roma. Arrived quite late And went to the recommended restaurant. It was busy and we enjoyed it. Several Other choices within 5 to 10 minutes.
The mini bar was free ( nice touch )...
