Central location for airport and trains but issues with the room

Whilst the location for transport was good, the shower head did not stay secure in its slot which was particularly unpleasant after a long day travelling up from Lake Garda but the noise of dripping water running down a pipe outside was continuous all night. Not great....

Perfect for what I needed

Very good location for Milan Central train station and my bus tour meeting point was just a 5 minute walk away.
The room was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller.
I had noticed reviews about noise but I had ear plugs therefore didnt notice any issues.
A 40 minute walk to Milan duomo.
I didnt feel overly comfortable being out at night around the area as its up a side street....

Perfect location, 5 min walk to Milano centrale. Still the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Absolutely helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Extremely clean. Special thanks to all the personnel....

The staff is very nice and the food is amazing. Everything is of the best quality, even the soap and shampoo. The reception is very helpful and works to fulfill all needs....

A great choice as near to the train station, airport coaches and shops.
David at reception was an outstanding guy, friendly ,helpful and professional. Will stay again....
