The room was ok but quite warm and the air con did not seem to be working properly. The bed was quite hard and so we didn't get a great nights sleep. Also the room was quite noisy as overlooked the street plus from noise in the rooms above. We stayed here for the Winter Olympics and couldnt have asked for a better hotel we were located a 2 minute walk from the central train station which was perfect for our travel we had a very large room that was very quite even though it was only on the second floor and faced the road the staff were brilliant from the moment we got there they were able to check us in very early and dealt with an issue we had ...

Hotel overall was decent - friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service and cleanliness. Good location. The one disappointing aspect of my stay was the fact that I found the walls to be very thin which impacted the quality of sleep. My room was located next to a primary stairwell on the first floor and any activity in that area was enough to effect my sleep. It's likely that I was simply unlucky with the room alloca...

The hotel is 5 min walking from the main train station, even closer to tram line 9 that will take you to the centre. Everything was really clean. The bathroom has its own window. Be aware that there is a step between the room floor and the bathroom, so you should not be too sleepy in the morning.
