This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Can't say enough about how gorgeous it is, location to everything, and the amazing staff. The room was so beautiful and extremely well thought out for practicality! Loved the huge shower. This hotel looks like a palace. And the fact that we could walk to duomo was the best. Highly recommend! Would not dream of staying anywhere else if I return to Milan...

Absolutely fabulous hotel near the centre of Milan. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfortable and cozy beds, beautiful interiors. A taste of luxury in every aspect. Metro is 30 seconds from the hotel door. Easy access to Linate airport approximately 5/10 minutes. Supermarket is very close by. Would highly recommend this establishment....

Fabulous, a real gem of a hotel

This hotel is first class. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral square and a metro stop literally outside the front doors.
The service from staff was attentive, friendly and super helpful. The standards of accommodation and facilities were of the highest standard and food in the restaurant was exceptional.

We had a more than lovely stay at the hotel, could not have asked for a nicer location. Loved the staff, the service level, the pleasant talks and ofcourse the hotel itself with the beautiful details/decoration.
We had a beautiful spacious room on the 1st floor with a little balcony and a direct view of the indoor courtyard. Well equipped bathroom too.

Good location, rooms are clean and well appointed. Very extensive breakfast buffet although eggs from the kitchen cost extra.
The problem with the hotel is the uneven service. The receptionists and bell hop were great. But on one afternoon the doorman was too busy with his mobile phone to open the door for us, although our hands were full ( he was pacing back and forth quite far from the hotel). After I mentioned thi...
