Great stay at the hotel. Ahmed very patient as he helped with recommendations and navigation guidance for the city. Sonia in the restaurant extremely helpful for monza trip including ride for my wife to get to her right location. Noemi made sure she had phone charger as one got lost. Nicoleta and Roberto gave local advice and safe things to do. Overall could not be happier with hotel and the staff!...

A very rude receptionist and an unfriendly waitress ! Both very unprofessional, unfriendly and double standers! Unacceptable behaviour !
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband for a business trip. Had to put up with a very stinky bathroom, couldnt use a broken, very warm mini refrigerator, but an old female receptionist yelling at me many times: its not a freezer! Its a mini bar !

Since our engagement dinner in 2005, held at the Cosmo Hotel Restaurant private room, we have stayed the the hotel many many times. We booked again for three weeks this summer whilst visiting family in Milan. The hotel has always provided consistently good rooms, great service and food. The location is near a mall (see pics if you need food) and they offered apartment for Long term stay. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Bathroom is basic but sometimes the water do get splashed out of the boundaries. Floor will be slippery so be careful. Breakfast is basic and fresh juice are a plus... I dont expect much in this trip so overall I will say it is still a good hotel as the counter staff are very helpful...

Afraid to use the shower here!

I was afraid to use the shower (see picture). The staff was friendly, but the hotel older and my room needed a shower remodel. My colleagues did not have any problem with their room. Initially, the air conditioning could not be activated from the room, so I had to ask the front desk to turn on the room air conditioning.
