I was not impressed with the service at this hotel for an extension lead. 2 were not working. The room was too hot a fan was offered 3 hours and many calls for it to arrive...

Location good but nothing else

AC didnt work:sleepless cause room was a sauna. Toilet didnt stop flushing. Room not cleaned for over 38 hours. Manager refuses to respond....

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotels handling of a cancellation request.
Our group had booked 1 room from 1214 March 2026 and were very much looking forward to visiting Milan. Unfortunately, due to the recent geopolitical situation affecting travel through UAE, our flights were cancelled leaving us with no option but to cancel our travel plans.

We were upgraded on arrival by the friendly receptionist and were in room 726. It was at the front of the hotel and you could hear the trams but the noise was not intrusive and to be expected with a city break. The room was lovely with a reasonably priced minibar, complimentary water and bathrobes and slippers . Breakfast was first class with an extensive choice on offer. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The location is great because its so close to Duomo yet its quiet and away from the crowds. We had an issue with the first room that we were booked in. It was an older room and bathroom was so small. The bathtub/shower was hard to climb in and out of.
