This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The location is great because its so close to Duomo yet its quiet and away from the crowds. We had an issue with the first room that we were booked in. It was an older room and bathroom was so small. The bathtub/shower was hard to climb in and out of. I called the front desk and Ronald was amazing. He showed us a few other rooms to see if we wanted to change. I ...

We booked this hotel with my husband. The hotel location is close to the duomo we enjoyed walking around the city in the beautiful cold weather. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We met Serena who was so friendly and suggested we have dinner at "the roof" restaurant that has a spectacular view of milan city. This is a very well-located hotel with, al least in our experience, too many flaws of staff efficiency. This, which are not solved but worsed with the trite answers like that guest satisfaction is our highest priority or similar.
Its unfair to generalize with so many people working there, but from the reservation, paying 100% 30 days before check-in, to checkout, some of the staff showed a lack of professionalism...

Two rooms like the one room

The location is really good and rich breakfast . But they gave us a room which two room is sperate by a door . We thouhgt , they gave it because nobody will stay there during our trip , but last day , its tonight , we are hearing everthing like the same room ,they are using toilet , opening tv , we are hearing everyting .. Very large hotel with European style of 80's classic furniture, location is good far from doumo around 6 to 7 minutes walking, as we are a family we booked a family room which was like a suite a room with living room and the sofa converted to beds but I can say a large living room for Europe hotels as style.
