A great hotel in a great location!

We were upgraded on arrival by the friendly receptionist and were in room 726. It was at the front of the hotel and you could hear the trams but the noise was not intrusive and to be expected with a city break. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The location is great because its so close to Duomo yet its quiet and away from the crowds. We had an issue with the first room that we were booked in. It was an older room and bathroom was so small. The bathtub/shower was hard to climb in and out of. We booked this hotel with my husband. The hotel location is close to the duomo we enjoyed walking around the city in the beautiful cold weather. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We met Serena who was so friendly and suggested we have dinner at "the roof" restaurant that has a spectacular view of milan city. This is a very well-located hotel with, al least in our experience, too many flaws of staff efficiency. This, which are not solved but worsed with the trite answers like that guest satisfaction is our highest priority or similar.
Its unfair to generalize with so many people working there, but from the reservation, paying 100% 30 days before check-in, to checkout, some of the staff showed a lack of professionalism...

The location is really good and rich breakfast . But they gave us a room which two room is sperate by a door .
