Way over price nothing ( superior ) Flashing lights on the ceiling

We stayed here for one night on 24/05/2026 and it will be our last . Its way over priced 20 for a Cosmopolitan cocktail for a very poor quality drink & 10 for a Standard bottle of beer. The room was nice and clean , bathroom lovely but nothing ( superior ) about it way over priced 359 for the one night with breakfast. After a lovely night out and about the City of Milan came back to the hotel at 1am got into bed ...

A holiday a bit ruined by the air circulation

The hotel is always top, due to its location near the Duomo but the air circulation in day time is absolutely unbearable. A constant cold airflow is seeping down from above in the bedroom AND YOU CANNOT STOP IT which unconfortable. It is possible to ask the front desk to stop this nuisance at night; why not in day time?...

Stayed for one night, the three of us had plenty of space in our room. The room was clean, newly remodeled and very modern. We loved everything about the room and the views. Christine at the front desk was super helpful on getting us into our room a few minutes before check in. The location was perfect. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop. Stayed for 3 nights over the May bank holiday. Room was very comfortable, excellent shower, coffee making facilities in the room, daily free bottle of water. Breakfast was excellent, we loved our dinner and cocktails at The Roof restaurant and bar. Staff was very friendly, hotel location is excellent to explore Milan, we walked to the Duomo, Sforza Castle and Navigli. Highly recommended, would love to return...

No consideration for medical apparatus

I was not impressed with the service at this hotel for an extension lead. 2 were not working. The room was too hot a fan was offered 3 hours and many calls for it to arrive...
