Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, came here with my father for a city break, didnt catch the names of the staff but veryone was very friendly from the bar man to the reception staff who made pur stay very enjoyable and gelped us get around and gave us directions to where ever we needed to go...

This was my second stay at this hotel in Milan and once again it did not disappoint. Very conveniently located near the metro, elegant, spotless, and with extremely comfortable rooms. I had both dinner and a generous breakfast with excellent sweet and savory options. Absolutely recommended....

Very poor hotel

Check in staff were very dismissive and short with us as we tried to check in to 3 x double rooms for 6 people. We were informed 30 minutes later when we came downstairs to use the bar and restaurant that it was closed despite advertised hours. We went elsewhere for dinner and returned to ask for some milk to use the tea/kettle facilities in the room to be told that they did not provide this. Only one lift is working...
