Glitzy exterior, but hollow room and substandard breakfast

Room without slippers, no bath robe, Army-style hand towels, no Kleenex, no still mineral water. Breakfast substandard (the worst cappuccino we had in Italy, some watery liquid coming out of machine), and not much of choice of anything....

Great location close to Central Station and metro. Easy walk to both. Hotel was clean, room was big but no tea or coffee, just a kettle and cups. This appears to be the norm in Italy. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Staff were helpful. We booked on an offer so we were happy. Supermarket across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby....

Conveniently located between 2 metro stations - Caizzo (M2) and Loretta (M1 & M2); close to a tram. Nice free breakfast

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, came here with my father for a city break, didnt catch the names of the staff but veryone was very friendly from the bar man to the reception staff who made pur stay very enjoyable and gelped us get around and gave us directions to where ever we needed to go...
