A boutique hotel, very modern with recent high end decor. A warm welcome was received. Room smallish but perfectly adequate.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was compact, modern and clean.
Very close to the Metro Station, (just outside the door). A busy part of the city but our room on the 4th floor was quiet.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are some excellent restaurants in the area.

Great hotel stay. Really central for sightseeing, about 20 mins walk to Duomo and 20 mins walk to Milan central station for trains to Como and airport bus. We had a triple room and it was spacious enough for our short break. Mini fridge was useful for our drinks, room had a safe and large wardrobe. The room was warm but air con worked well. I don't understand how anyone can be positive about this hotel. The room stinks, staff are unfriendly. Not hospitable at all. You have to pay for your bottle of water in the room. Hotel is very old-fashioned, view bad also the breakfast is bad, not much choice and especially not as a vegetarian. Youre forced to pay for the breakfast...

A good hotel in a nice location in Milan

The hotel is quite big, but you wouldn't know by seeing it outside. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The staff in the reception was very helpful and professional. The breakfast selection was good and enough to start the day off. The best thing about this hotel is that is just a few metres away from the entrance to the Porta Venezia subway station, but overall, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe....

Nice hotel with a good location.

We spent six days in Milan to rediscover the city. Since we arrived with the airport bus to the Centrale the location of Fenice was good, only four stops by tram. It was also walking distance to most places we wanted to visit, even if the nearest parts of the walks were quite dull. It is also close to trams and metro.
