What We Did Not Like:
The road in front of the hotel is under construction, which made it very difficult for our taxi to drop us off and pick us up in front of the hotel. Also, it was very noisy (jackhammer; excavator). While Im aware this is a temporary issue, it was not pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at Galleria Vik Milano and would absolutely recommend it. The location is unbeatable, right inside the Galleria, making it incredibly easy to explore Milans highlights. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences Ive had in years not because of one issue, but because everything went wrong, and management handled it poorly from start to finish.
I stayed for a very short business trip (two nights) and encountered nonstop problems:

Is very nice and right next to Duomo. I would suggest sound proof windows though since it can get a bit noisy at night....
