We went with slight trepidation due to the varying reviews, however we found it absolutely perfect. The location just couldn't be bettered - between the Duomo and La Scala and overlooking the Galleria Emanuele Vittorio. We booked the Grand Palace Gallery room which had good views over the Galleria shopping centre. We booked valet parking which was ideal in Milan. Just pull up at the hotel and they take care of everything. Our bags were taken to our room rest for when we arrived.
The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods....

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise.
The hotel is located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II where some great shopping and dining can be done.
Our room was nicely appointed, clean, and well put together. The bathroom was large and welcoming. As our room was inside the Galleria Vittorio we had a direct view down to all the shops.

Amazing hotel in the best ever location in Milan. The artistic decor throughout is awesome and set the mood for our stay.
My wife hurt her feet at the start of our trip. The concierge team went out of their way to help us get a rental wheel chair that totally saved our whole vacation!

We stayed for the first time at the Hotel VIK Milano for my birthday and it is a 5 star hotel without question! Everything from the service, Bellman, the front desk staff to the breakfast, room and recommendations for restaurants and shopping were first rate. It was very difficult to leave!
