Very friendly staff, reception welcoming and very helpful, Ariel, Gabriele and Vittoria, they was amazing.
However, bedding let us down. 2 single bed to turn into king bed with 1 hard mattress and 1 medium, pillows fair quality and duvet only had bed sheet to cover it, not proper duvet cover, middle of the night we only had the duvet it self covering us, and a had full distance between both beds which kept me and my...

I chose the Grand Visconti Palace for the proximity to my daughter's apartment and it was perfect. The room was well appointed, maid service every day with clean linens, etc. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices and convenient buffet style. Bernie made us reservations at a wonderful restaurant on our last night and arranged a transport to the airport. Excellent service and value for the price....
