This is our second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it confirms that the first disastrous experience was not a one-off. Back in December we stayed for nine days, and every single day there was a new mistake, problem, or confusion created by the staff (mistakes with laundry, delays in laundry, room not cleaned all day, forgotten cleaning items in the room, credit card debited without consent, etc etc). Stayed in a 1st floor room that had no wifi service throughout my stay. Staff said they could look into it, but nothing came of it.

After searching for ages, we found this absolute treasure and fell in love instantly. The Grand Visconti Palace provided an experience that was truly out of this world. The standout was the head concierge, the most genuine person weve met, who treated us like locals rather than tourists, even booking us a table at a personal favorite restaurant.

Even if some parts should be renovated, the service we received in this end of December was excellent. The staff is particularly dedicated to make your stay as good as possible. We spent a very good night. To be recommended....
