It was a pleasant experience overall.
The room was clean and comfortable, but some issues. The AC that even off it seems it was always with a very light breeze, and the Shower was in need of some reparations.
The staff was friendly, although short in number. Same faces were the same almost 24h and check-out took a bit longer than expected.
The location was ok, with easy access via subway (last stop purple line).

Great choice for concert at Teatro Arcimboldi, but a long tax ride to the city. Comfortable bedding and strong, clean shower. Breakfast pricey. Can request a kettle for room. Parking a big plus and convenient and safe. Staff English speakers and helpful. Surrounded by a large fence which I felt was off putting....

I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all, i had left money aside in the safe and someone has gone in and stole my money from the safe, looking on previous reviews i havent been the first to be robbed from here, when i tried to speak to a member of staff they cut me off straight away and told me to go to the police, the staff were useless in helping me on this occasion. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!...

Had a fantastic stay! I've stayed in many hotels and more often than not, there is very little between them apart from the service and welcome from the team. From check-in to check-out, our experience was faultless. Our room was spotless and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel at home. We got tips on how to get around on the metro and also places within walking distance like the mall and cinema comp...

we are currently still in the trip as im writing this review, me and my boyfriend went to milan for a week which is why ive created the account!! we came here with 800. we payed 100 tax at the hotel and then a further 200. when i looked at our safe after day 3 there i saw we only had 400 left in the safe. extremely confused as to why our safe had things moved around and why 100 was missing. our door was sligh...
