Extremely awful experience with owner angelo
I stayed at this hotel for nearly three months (January to mid-March), so this review reflects a long-term guests experience not a one-night visit.
Toward the end of my stay, I sent a pair of pants to the hotels laundry service. When I asked for them back, staff could not locate them. Mistakes happen but how a business handles a mistake reveals far more than the mist...

I have no idea how it has four stars. We stayed there for four days. The area is not central, however you can get the tram 14 to duomo in 20 minutes. The room was small and a bit old fashioned, as well as the bathroom. However it was warm and very clean....

Poor value for money!

This hotel is extremely debilitated. I paid Eur1,200 and the bathroom is very small, with noisy and broken plumbing. The included breakfast female host was openly irritated when i asked for a second cappuccino! I barely ate the food as it was cold and unappetizing, and there is no room service.

Room as Hot as a Sauna

Visited in February
Our room on the 5th floor had no air conditioning.
We might as well have stayed in a sauna - impossible to sleep over night
The Reception was extremely dismissive rude and unhelpful when we complained and offered no alternative/solutions
Very disappointing...
