The staff were super helpful. The rooms were very clean

The hotel and the room was clean, staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Really hard to find taxi in Milan,no Bolt taxi, the hotel staff will help you....

My son and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned each day. Complimentary canned water was provided daily. There are also coffee making facilities provided free of charge in the lobby. Breakfast was copious with something for everyone. The hotel was conveniently located close to a metro station and tram stops and a three day pass costs just 15.50. Best of all was the custo...

Staff are really polite and helpful, when I arrived I wasn't happy with the room, I was asked to manage the night and they will sort something out in the morning. In the morning they gave me a bigger room with a big bathroom and more storage space which I was very pleased with. Breakfast is a good variety. Location is central do your not too far from the attractions. The hotel does not do tours so these will be booke...

The hotel is beautiful with fabulous staff. Very helpful & kind. The breakfast delicious , the rooms so clean & tidy. Beds comfy & good air-conditioned rooms. The tram line is directly outside the door and brings you directly to the centre of Milan. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it....
