The hotel was immaculate throughout, and our studio was ideal; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. This trip was very last minute, so I arrived feeling quite unprepared and slightly embarrassed that I only knew a few random Italian words, but the staff were so approachable, patient, and happy to explain everything to me.

Hotel is clean, breakfast was ok~ weather was very warm & thought it would be nice with the aircon on, nope there is no air coming from it, when asked was told it was too warm for it to work, thats the 1st Ive heard that, they offered us a fan which we agreed to only to find on our last night they had came into our room & removed it, I dont expect them to enter our room when we are not there, thought this was out o...

Came for a football weekend based in the middle of the san siro and the city centre. Tram stop just outside, great staff very friendly, i would stay again....

Reception from start to finish perfect .
Lovely room clean & spacious . Cleaned daily by a lovely caring housekeeper .
Breakfast was a varied good selection .
Location perfect for getting around metro & station a short walk away ....

Lovely hotel in great location , staff very efficient and good range of food at breakfast, free coffee machine in foyer and luggage room . Beds very comfortable and shower superb . Rooms cleaned daily....
