We got moved here after arriving at another hotel and complaining to Travel Center.
We arrived late at night and they couldnt do enough to help us.
The room was good size, warm and clean.
Decent shower and clean towels.
Large and comfy bed.
Storage for personal belongings.
Good safe to put belongings which is free.
Mini bar / fridge.
Really close to the metro stop to get around easily.

Terrible customer service. Myself and my partner stayed her for 3 nights. 4 star? Should be graded lower than this!
On the website it states that there is air conditioning inside the room which one would assume can be controlled from the room. This was not the case, the air con was controlled by reception staff!!! Had a 4 night break with friends this August 25. A little apprehensive ad I had read that the hotel was a bit far out of the city centre. Indeed, it was a 10 minute metro ride from Centreale but the Metro stop was literally yards from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel was spotlessly clean, big airy rooms with good air conditioning which was essential as thete was a heatwave while we were there. Lovely b...

Lovely hotel and close to central Milan

This weekend (15th - 18th August 2025) we stayed at the J24 hotel in Milan as part of our easyJet holiday.
Overall we were really happy with this hotel! A great location which is a 4 minute walk to the local M3 metro line with links to Duomo, Centrale FS and more!
The room was a double and was on the smaller side but for us it was just a base as we literally only slept here!
