The hotel is nice, clean and modern, amd the staff very friendly and helpful and they upgraded me to suite.
The main thing I didn't like is the noise, no sound proof between the rooms, I stayed 3 nights and I was hearing the rooms above, under and next to my room.
The location is in nice area and close to 3 stops to Ceneral station and 7 stops to Dumo.
If you like quite sleep don't stay here....

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located close to the metro m3 line which then makes it easy to get around all the usual sight seeing locations.
The hotel itself was well presented, quirky and modern.
The rooms look a lot bigger on the photos so initially I was a little surprised. I found the rooms lacked storage. There was one rail and 6 hangers, there was a huge waste of space below this and...

The location is perfect for the M3 metro for travelling around. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by. The rooms were clean. The hotel is on a main road so can get loud. Our slight issues are we couldn't work the air con so had to leave the door/window open all night. Air con instructions would have been useful. The beds are super comfy but the pillow was flat. Another pillow would have made it better. Over...

Great hotel and location but experience RUINED as charged twice by the hotel and 8 weeks later still chasing a refund!
Be careful and check your bank statement....

Friendly staff and such a great hotel! Very easy to get to and is nearby the main tourist places. You have a train station nearby and only 10 minutes away from Central Station. Only downside is the noise level from other guests. I highly recommend!...
