Just returned from a holiday in Italy, where we visited Como, Milan and Florence. We stayed at this hotel on two occasions due to the perfect location to Milano Centrale station. The hotel was clean with nice air con. The two Fredericas on reception were great, polite, and super helpful with our stay. They even put some balloons in our room as it was my wife's birthday. They upgraded our room free of charge too, whic...

Stayed here from the 8th till the 10th.
All staff were amazing and very helpful.
The entire hotel was so clean. We will definitely be staying with you again in the future....
