I booked this hotel for 2 nights, and from the very first night I reported that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Nothing was done. When I came back later that evening, the room was still extremely hot, even though outside temperatures were around 35°C (95°F).

Just returned from a holiday in Italy, where we visited Como, Milan and Florence. We stayed at this hotel on two occasions due to the perfect location to Milano Centrale station. The hotel was clean with nice air con. The two Fredericas on reception were great, polite, and super helpful with our stay. They even put some balloons in our room as it was my wife's birthday.
