The hotel is located at a couple of km from metro Loreto in a residential area.
The (single) room was a bit small with a fridge and a small desk. No plugs close to the bed, unfortunately.
The breakfast was below the average for similar-price hotels.
The personnel was kind and professional.
The lobby, with the small garden, is pleasant....

A nice stay

This is a comfortable hotel in a quiet area. It's an easy walk from the Metro and there are trams in the area too. I think it's nearby a good shopping area as well. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Thanks for Fabiola and Francesco and the early morning crew for helping me start my day well, as I had to leave at 6.45am. The hotel is also happy to book a taxi for you which is helpful.

Avoid - Charged twice for meal

Wouldn't recommend staying here or at the very least eating here. On the first day of our stay we ate in the hotel and settled the bill with our waitress. Then on checkout the receptionist asked us to settle our bill, explained we settled this with the waitress on the night. So either waitress has kept the money and charged it to the room or has forgot to cancel the charge to the room. So we had to pay the bill again...

Lovely stay at this hotel, we are glad that we booked. Good location, always clean and breakfast was tasty too. Thank you to Pasquale at the reception - hes brilliant and always willing to go the extra mile to help us ! Thanks again Pasquale ! :)...
