I really didn't know what to expect but I have to tell you it was bigger than most condo's in Toronto. The design layout was outstanding. The bathroom was to die for. The service was great; We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. Although we didn't spend much time in the room and rarely used the living room it was great to have the space. What a fabulous stay. My husband and I spend three glorious nights here. The staff is welcoming and helpful in every way. Thank you to Marta and the team! Surprised by all of the positive reviews because this hotel lacks the 5 star experience. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all, we never were shown the property so I had no idea where anything was. Our room was ready well after check in, almost 6pm. Only stayed there one night but this hotel seriously needs a revamp with their staff and services, we felt like an Inconvenience. Would not recommend and w...
