Not a good experience. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. I've paraphrased our email to the manager below and have included her generic response to our complaints which did nothing to help us feel better about our disappointing stay at the hotel

Great hotel just outside the city center

My wife and I only stayed one night while passing through Milan but we very much enjoyed the hotel. It is a very unique property built in a refurbished warehouse or factory but is very modern, clean and airy. It is close to the city center but feels miles away and is much calmer.
