In a pleasant neighbourhood facing a large park. A bit of a walk from the nearest tram station only if you are carrying luggage. The receptionist is always helpful and friendly. They also helped me with taking care of the luggage while we roamed around the city as we rocked up way earlier than the standard check in time. Rooms are basic but clean and spacious....

The whole point of a hotel room is to get a good nights sleep. My sleep was disturbed by the noise outside despite closed window, the noisy plumbing (you can hear everyone having a shower or using the toilet ) and woken at 01.40 by the people in the next room on the phone ( I could hear every word.)
The room was tired and the furniture chipped, in general the hotel decor seems to have been done by a 8 year old childr...

Arrived at the Mediolanum for a 2 night break in Milan. When handing in our passports on arrival, the receptionist noticed it was my wife's 60th Birthday. Within 15 minutes of checking in to our room,we received a knock on the door and my wife was presented with a complimentary bottle of prosecco in an ice bucket. (Fantastic gesture !) There is nothing not to like at this hotel. The staff were all amazing but Frederico and Pasquale went the extra mile in making my husband's 70th birthday so special. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend staying here....

I enjoyed my stay, staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast offered a great choice. Only criticism was that the room was very warm and the only way to cool it down was to open the widows wide, which meant you could hear the refuse carts early in the morning and passers by shouting through the night....
