The hotel was very clean and modern. It reminded me of many hotels in the US. The rooms were a little larger than hotels we stayed at in Rome, Florence and Venice. The bathroom layout was a little awkward, as the toilet was difficult to get to. Also, there was an issue with the hot water on our first night, which was fixed by the next day. Good stay for a 5 day trip

We stayed here for five nights in November. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very generous by Italian standards. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area. The metro and other public transportation options are also within easy reach.

We stayed here for six nts early Nov. good location short walk from central station . Rooms very clean/spacious and bright. Staff very nice overall. Buffet breakfast included a bonus & free coffee/refreshments from 3 - 7pm in lobby a treat. The hotel is easy to find and close to the station and good quality restaurants. The room was clean and tidy but the decor and bathroom fittings were in need of renewal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The choice at breakfast was very good and had a good selection of gluten free. If you want lactose free milk you have to ask for it. It is classed as 4 star but really only a three....

Modern and close Milano Centrale

A modern hotel lest than 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale and surrounded by many dining and shopping options. Staff was very helpful and friendly, thank you. The room was very clean and comfortable with interesting "chromatherapy" lighting...neat. Breakfast was extra but it had much variety. Would definitely recommend....
