Disappointing stay: Construction noise and management ignores complaints

We stayed as a family and it was a disaster. Loud construction work every morning, no sleep possible. No info about the marathon blocking the hotel on Sunday. The birthday surprise was delivered on the wrong day and never corrected. Most shocking: The Review Manager, Mr. Renner, is completely ignoring my emails. Zero customer service for a 'Collection' hotel. Still waiting for a refund....
