Poor security and very outdated facilities. The room did not feel clean or well maintained. Overall, not a comfortable stay....

We visited the hotel for four nights in a junior suite. On arrival the staff were professional and helpful and arranged for us to get another room as it had a bath and we needed a shower for mobility issues.
The restaurant staff are pleasant and work hard and constantly replenish the food.
We found the room to be noisy at night and asked if we could have a room at the back of the hotel but all the rooms are at the ...

Big, spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. Some parts of the room and hotel were outdated / broken but it was very clean. I left a jacket at the hotel and the staff were brilliant in helping return it to me via Lhost. ...
