We visited the hotel for four nights in a junior suite. On arrival the staff were professional and helpful and arranged for us to get another room as it had a bath and we needed a shower for mobility issues.
The restaurant staff are pleasant and work hard and constantly replenish the food.
We found the room to be noisy at night and asked if we could have a room at the back of the hotel but all the rooms are at the ...

Big, spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. Some parts of the room and hotel were outdated / broken but it was very clean. I left a jacket at the hotel and the staff were brilliant in helping return it to me via Lhost. ...

Excellent location to explore all of Milan

Excellent Hotel, the front desk is amazingly helpful and welcoming.
Its an NH which definitely has a specific style, always very nice and centrally located.
This one gives you access to many neighborhoods in Milan, which are absolutely worth exploring.
If you like to walk and explore a city, everything is a stroll in any direction.
Love the Hotel, love the staff, loved the room, love Milan!...

I absolutely love this hotel and the staff that works there. It was a lovely 15 or 20-minute walk to the main sites of Milan and about 10 minutes away from Central Station. Every day, I was greeted with a hello that promptly followed with a smile as I entered and left the hotel. Such simple pleasures as that mean the world to me. My junior suite was amazing as well. I have no complaints at all, only high praise....

Had a lovely stay here recently with my daughter. Room was awesome, really spacious and the bathroom was huge!!
Close to all the sights and about 25 min walk from the metro
Breakfast was great. Lots of GF options and knowledgeable staff.
Highly recommend, would revisit!...
