Upscale atmosphere, feels newly renovated and the service is top tier. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is wonderful, excellent food and coffee service. Would love to stay here again...

I went on this trip on the back of a poor hotel experience where they prioritized minimalism, the check in was self-service and the room was below par. I am all for sustainability but some things we shouldn't compromise on.
It was refreshing to be welcomed by such friendly staff and getting that "classic" hotel look and feel. The hotel smelled amazing, I even stood close to one of the diffusers at some point *hides...

It's a beautiful hotel with a great, friendly and professional staff. The interior is clean and modern; spacious room. The location is very convenient when using public transport but also walking distance to the city attractions.
We had a great stay and wish to visit again in the future....

Nice hotel on the outskirts of city central (think Doumo and luxury shopping)

The hotel is located not far from the central train station. It is near multiple metro and trolley stops. It is not close to a lot of restaurants and shopping so if you just want to walk to those things this place might not be for you. I shared a premium room with my sister and we found it spacious. Valeria at the front desk was a true stand out. So helpful and friendly....

I had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh products.
I would also like to highlight the staff: they were personally very kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to every need.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back....
