We had a very nice stay. We had a great breakfast, with a very warm welcome every morning.(Irma thank you so much)
We had some drinks in the bar served by Mirko, thank you for the drinks
And also had a nice dinner

The heating off the room was not possible to turn off and the aircondition was not working. The staff did not understand the problem. ...

My company has a contract with this hotel. As a result, I am fortunate to come to this lovely property several times a month.
And without fail, I always have a very pleasant experience.
I would like to commend in particular the incredible customer service extended by Irma and Giacomo in the Breakfast Room.
Together, they make every guest feel special. Their welcome is always warm, genuine, gracious.

Lovely hotel in a quiet still central part of Milàn. Excellent position to reach all the main areas of the city. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are large and cozy. We loved waking up every morning to run down for their amazing breakfast. All the staff is really amazing, we had great experiences with everyone. The service here goes really above and beyond.
