This is a pretty damn good hotel!
The staff are excellent and thats what you want when youre staying in your home away from home.
Everyone we encountered were really lovely.
There is a good bar that serves a decent negroni as well as a pool table if you fancy having a go.
Our room was well equipped , clean and tidy. The only negative was the shower where the design of it meant that quite a bit of water drippe...

This hotel offers wonderful value and a true Milan experience. The hotel is elegant glamourous, vibrant and comfortable. The staff are helpful and exceptionally friendly. The rooms are equally elegant and well appointed. The breakfast is superb- tremendous variety and quality including many healthy options. The bar has a pool table which is an extra bit of fun. We had a very nice stay. We had a great breakfast, with a very warm welcome every morning.(Irma thank you so much)
We had some drinks in the bar served by Mirko, thank you for the drinks
And also had a nice dinner

The heating off the room was not possible to turn off and the aircondition was not working. The staff did not understand the problem. ...

My company has a contract with this hotel. As a result, I am fortunate to come to this lovely property several times a month.
And without fail, I always have a very pleasant experience.
I would like to commend in particular the incredible customer service extended by Irma and Giacomo in the Breakfast Room.
