The service at the hotel has been wonderful.
The front desk/bell captain resolved an issue with laundry and Irma at the breakfast room was always very polite and cordial - her pleasant greeting is a nice way to start the day....

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is excellent - within walking distance of both the city centre (Duomo) and the Central Station.
The room was clean, with comfortable bed and good linens. The breakfasts were rich and offering a good variety of options.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the breakfast entrance, who was particularly kin and attentive....

I went down for breakfast yesterday morning and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who guided me into the VIP area. Walter was absolutely fantastic very professional and friendly took my order. Everything was perfect brought me Coffee really nice young man. Youre lucky to have him as one of your staff. Thank you, Walter....
