Above the NH average with good ratio cost benefit. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant. Reception very effective but the main asset here are the people.

We dined at this restaurant for three nights in a row, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience each time. The pistachio cake quickly became our favorite truly unforgettable. The entire staff took exceptional care of us; they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were even recognized when we returned, and they remembered our drink order by the second day, which made us feel right at home.

My friend and I stayed at the NH Milano Hotel Fiera from October 7th to 11th, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Several issues during our stay left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.
To begin with, we were charged 119 for minibar items which is significantly more than what we actually consumed: 4 cans of still water, 3 cans of coke, one small pack ...
