Great location. Very close to tram #9, which goes everywhere. Very close to il mercado centrale, great food court. Very close to Central Station. Tall staircase to enter or exit from the street. Annoying green and red lights in the room ( bathroom kept lighting up red). Stairs outside mean tips necessary for man who assists with luggage. Room personnel forgot to fill bottle of liquid soap in shower....

Really special hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good little gym. Nice decoration in the hotel and in the rooms. Good location near main railway station, easy access to metrolines. Silent rooms, good beds....

Excellent Milan break.

Good location right opposite the Centrale train station.
Hotel had a good vibe, staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
Room was clean, well decorated and had everything we required for a 3 day trip.
Only negative was the mattress and pillows were very firm and not to our liking.
Breakfast was typical Italian, pastries, breads, cereals, meats and cheese, plenty of choice.

Clean and convenient to the main train station

My wife and I stayed at NYX on a recent trip to Milan. The reason we stayed there was primarily the location near the main train station for an early scheduled train the next morning. Also, the rate was reasonable and we found the place to be modern and clean. It was only a five minute walk to the station. NYX has a funky vibe much like the Inn at Northrup Station in Portland, Oregon....

Fine hotel if you dont mind noise

The hotel was clean and the location was not bad. My room was by the elevator on the third floor and that meant I could hear everything including the music by the elevators for people waiting for them. I also could hear the trolleys on the street below. Other than that the hotel was fine with a moderately uncomfortable bed....
