The room is comfortable, newly renovated. The shower is awful - every time I took shower I made a flood in the bathroom. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The view from the window of the gas station doesnt make the life nicer. The breakfast is good. Theres a good choice of food but every morning its the same. The receptionists speak English badly and are not good professionals. The location is nice but rea...

Amazing stay

Loved this hotel. This was the best stay on our trip. This hotel is centrally located next to a supermarket, lots of restaurants, and cafes. The walks are short under 10 minutes and it was very easy to book transportation. The staff were all welcoming and so kind. I would definitely stay here again!...

Not a great experience, certainly not a 4 star hotel and wouldn't recommend it.
Whilst the communal areas are fine, the rooms themselves are very outdated and tired. After mentioning that our overhead main shower wasn't working, it still wasn't fixed during our stay. Using the small hand held head isn't ideal in a 4 star hotel. Tea bags never topped up in the room, had to ask reception each day for tea bags in which...

The hotel was clean, albeit being renovated, the rooms need a bit of attention and are very small.
The breakfast is great and the outdoor area is unexpectedly large and relatively private.
Very good service by all the staff so overall a good 4 star hotel in Italy.
This hotel is in Bresso which is in a suburb of Milan and far from Milan central so transport can become fairly expensive.

We had a brilliant experience with this hotel. The room had slight cosmetic issues however was clean, well presented on the whole and most importantly had a very comfy bed. It was also very quiet making for a great nights sleep. The breakfast was also great with a wide selection of hot and continental options. The staff were all happy to help.
