To start with, there is just no way this is a 5 star hotel, dont be fooled. Anywhere else it would be a 3 star at best.
We booked 2 junior suites
The rooms looked nothing like advertised and that appear on their website, I wonder if they even are using pics from another hotel!!! Our rooms were dark, dingy, very old, rundown

This is a very friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel which is conveniently situated for all the main sights. Staff were helpful and efficient and the breakfast was good except for the hot food which was poor. However our experience was marred by the exceptionally poor packed breakfast which we asked for as we had an early flight. No care or thought had been taken and there was nothing fresh. Good:
Location, close to a M4 metro station and near a M2 one too; also close to Via Torino, on the way to Duomo;
Breakfats staff, very friendly;
Breakfast itself, not fantastic but very good;
Quiet room.
What we did not like;
Small rooms;
Low water pressure in the bathroom;
Old fashioned carpets, wallpaper, decoration.
If it was a 3 stars hotel, i would say "great hotel!": for a 4 stars, i would say "well, not bad"...

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pierre during our trip to Milan with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hospitality was exceptional everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Pierre Hotel in Milan is, frankly, an experience I wouldnt wish on anyone seeking comfort. The hotel is small and severely worn down, with dirty carpets and an overall shabby feel that leaves much to be desired.
