Theft at Rosa Grand Hotel Management Ignored the Case for Over a Month
I am writing this review to warn all travelers about a very serious incident at Rosa Grand Hotel.
Our personal belongings were stolen from the hotel storage room when we were leaving the property.
The hotel has CCTV security cameras, and the incident was recorded.

We did not stay in this hotel although have stayed in star hotels elsewhere and they have never failed to please us. On this occasion we stopped at the Rosa Grand Milano hotel bar for drinks and a bite to eat and were met by Giacomo the cocktail/bar man who was incredible! The positives: Good selection at breakfast buffet, rooms were pretty good size, and great location near the Duomo (better than other high-end hotels in Milan).
Negatives: Staff was not friendly during breakfast the first morning, rooms and room service was lacking in some areas (e.g. only one bathrobe in a room meant for two people, Heat/AC system was difficult to control, room service didn't replenish in-room coffe...
