Nice location but not worth the price

Hotel was okay. Certainly not worth what I paid. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room had been vacated and that it would be given priority and ready in a couple of hours. This was not the case. The irony was that my room was located next to a staff closet which ended up being very unfortunate due to a very loud staff from morning until turndown service....

Cristian M., the doorman, was SO sweet. He was a gentleman and went above and beyond to make sure my family and friends were taken care of with good prices, good taxis, recommendations and everything. We cannot thank him enough. He made our stay so special. He is a great man at this great hotel! Cannot recommend enough! :)...

Honestly, I would rate this hotel as an average. The only good point that its near the Duomo. The cleanness of the hotel also average. Moreover, when I requested for ice bucket. I got ice with a trash bag, which made me very shocked .The cleaning team did a great job cleaning our room and the bell attendant German was super nice and helpful!
