Super stay in family-run hotel in Milan

From the exuberant art in the reception area and the warm welcome when we checked in to the comfort of our room and the EXCELLENCE of the breakfast, we loved our four nights here. You can really tell the difference between a smaller-scale, family-run hotel and a larger chain hotel (where we stayed in another town on our trip). We definitely recommend the Sanpi and we would love to return there one day !...

An Oasis perfectly located in a busy city

This hotel is well located between the central train station and the historic centre and well connected with trams and metro nearby. The staff on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast was very helpful and courteous. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard which is a lovely feature and a place to relax in a big busy city. This is a delightful hotel in a quiet area. Everything was spotlessly clean and worked well. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The real bonus was a small butt lovely garden where you could sit in the evening with a drink wallowing in the smell of the stephanotis. Easy to recommend....

Bartender arrogant and rude

A nice hotel to stay at in Milan. Good location for getting to the central station for our day trips. Majority of the staff were lovely the only downside is one of the bartenders is EXTREMELY rude and was on multiple occasions, when we jus wanted a simple request to ask if it was possible to buy a drink from him for the room.
