Hotel looks beautiful, and the public areas are nice. Just be aware not all rooms are like the pictures. Ours was dark, worn and had a very rocky bed ...

Cozy hotell and friendly staff

Great location close to the central station, within walking distance to the city and main attractions, and easy access by metro. The common areas are very cozy and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use renovation, but everything was very clean and fresh. Smart TV in the room was a nice bonus....

In almost 40 years of travel I have not stayed in a cleaner, more pleasant hotel. A charming hotel which is perfectly appointed and located. Other hotels should send their cleaning staff to see how it is done the Sanpi way.
Staff are universally pleasant. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast team friendly and efficient. A superb buffet choice....
