Nice hotel, not sure about location.

Hotel room was clean and staff pleasant. Breakfast was ok and had a nice garden area for Spring and Summer. I probably would have rated it a 4, BUT the location is a good 30 mins walk to the Duomo and main shopping area. Also, please ask that are not given a room o looking the man road. Its opposite an Eritrean Bar that had music playing until 4am on the Saturday night. Shame as Hotel was generally good....

The location of this hotel was pretty good. It was 30 minute walk to the Duomo and Gallaria, which was OK because it was a nice walk with plenty to look at on the way....

Would not recommend this hotel

Would not recommend this Hotel, was given a room right next to reception and could hear them talking very loudly, breakfast was nice but the guy who was on in the morning was not very nice very rude, and the barman on the Saturday night didnt even want to serve us he was to busy talking to the reception guy had to ask him if he would come and serve us , we where a party of 5 and I took my granddaughter for her 21st...

Location great.
Rooms poor stains on carpet, fitting in bathroom where damaged or crack.
Atmosphere poor cant get a drink at bar at 11:00 but was opened till 11:30?!
Value for money poor.
Cleanliness poor dirty shutters, lamp and fireplace.
Service poor not accommodating.
Noise level ok for city.
Amenities average....

Lack of privacy due to transparent curtains

Could have been better if they had proper curtains. The curtains were see-through, so absolutely no privacy. However the staff were friendly and they did good cocktails in the bar....
