Very nice hotel albeit not a lot open until 1st may including aircon. Customer relations Nigora very friendly and helpful and always checking every thing ok . Ramhi very good in bar...

Lovely stay. Food and cocktails were very good. Air conditioning wasnt on as out of summer season however we were offered an alternative room which we declined as view from room was good and we managed by keeping windows/patio doors open. Hotel clean....

The hotel has nice facilities and a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the overall service, comfort, and maintenance standards did not match what you would expect from a hotel of this level.
The main issue seems to be a lack of proper supervision and management. Many staff members did not actively engage with guests, and even during restaurant service it was common to see employees on their phones while guests w...

What an amazing hotel was greeted with a smile (was told the hotel was empty and if we wanted to up grade to sea view we could for 150 euro, a little disappointed, if you are empty a free up grade would have been nice. Anyway every person that served us 10 out of 10, the food was amazing and huge amount of choice each meal time,
