Could not have chosen a better hotel for our quick trip to Milan. Regular coach transfers from airports (we came from Bergamo) drop off just across the square in front of the central railway station with its subway station mean the location couldnt be better. We arrived at 11am and even though check in was not till 3pm the concierge and receptionist were beyond helpful and took our luggage so we could tour Milan emp...

Poor Customer Service/Inflexibility with Nonrefundable Booking

I just booked the trip. I accidentally booked the wrong date by one day. Hotel would not change my date to make it one day earlier because they said it was non-refundable. Yes, I understand that it is non-refundable, however, so many other places are flexible enough to help the customer if the mistake was just made and the trip is several months away. A simple change would go such a long way. Now I will never stay ...

Well appointed hotel close to the Central Station. Plenty of good restaurants, the better ones are further away from the station. Breakfast was good, the bar pleasant enough, the room clean, comfortable and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Transport to get around Milan was easy with the Metro nearby or the Number 1 tram. 4 stars as one lift was often not working (my stay was over 3 weeks) otherwise I wou...

Very happy with our stay. The hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from the entrance to Milano Centrale railway station.
The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Food was very good: we ate in the late-night bar on arrival, plus breakfast the next day. We'd stay again.

Stayed one night here. Convenient location near train station and metro lines. Easy to access food as well as Duomo via metro. Modest size rooms, modern finish. Odd location of WC behind bathroom door. Heating did not work when we were there in a cold January....
