A fantastic hotel close to the railway station which was handy for us as we were travelling Italy by train.
Very efficient,helpful and friendly staff .
Lovely room and hotel brilliantly decorated...

Stylish interior
Plugs and light switches a bit alarmingly loose
Breakfast good
Only access into hotel is down steep steps so be aware if not very mobile. I currently have gammy knee and found this an issue

Suspicious transactions

I am not sure if this is worth mentioning, at check in, they cant use digital card which I am used to pay these days via phone. They insisted physical card for pre authorisation check in. I handed over the physical to complete the process. Shortly after checked into the room. My physical card had 9 unauthorised transactions from EBay online shopping. From the outside the hotel looks like an old warehouse. They did something to the windows sometime in the past and now it looks awful!
The entrance is rather small and you are immediately faced with a staircase down to reception, no other entrance we could see for disabled clients?
The rooms were good, clean and functional but dated with the old bathtub and shower head above , time for an update.

Close to the train station only 5 minutes away great for a 1 night stay staff very friendly service very good clean bathroom breakfast was standard all the usual food. TV didnt work but they came and fixed it within 30 minutes no problems. TV didnt work again next morning informed them on check out...
