Excellent hotel: clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very happy with our stay. The hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from the entrance to Milano Centrale railway station.
The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Food was very good: we ate in the late-night bar on arrival, plus breakfast the next day. We'd stay again.

Stayed one night here. Convenient location near train station and metro lines. Easy to access food as well as Duomo via metro. Modest size rooms, modern finish. Odd location of WC behind bathroom door. Heating did not work when we were there in a cold January....

My family and I were victims of a crime where our passports were stolen while traveling between Switzerland and Italy. This was a genuine, police-reported emergency that made it physically impossible for us to cross the border and reach the hotel on time.

A fantastic hotel close to the railway station which was handy for us as we were travelling Italy by train.
Very efficient,helpful and friendly staff .

Plugs and light switches a bit alarmingly loose

Only access into hotel is down steep steps so be aware if not very mobile. I currently have gammy knee and found this an issue
