From the start the hotel was welcoming. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
Hotel room was very large for family of four.
Double bed in the bedroom and twin beds in the lounge area.
Coffee maker in room, along with welcome biscuits , water and gifts for the children.
Breakfast buffet was good with a good selection of food.
Parking at the hotel was easy and free.

Rooms are OK. Absence of air conditioning was a surprise and prompted the necessity to open windows. Experienced some neighbourhood noise during the night and the surrounding area looks dinghy. The venue was clean and our provided breakfast pack for our early departure was OK....

Disappointed in Milan

Nice room. Location was no where near the main area of town. Breakfast room staff was not very welcoming. The scrambled eggs smelled like gasoline. Loud music and other noises late at night coming from the motorcycle club next door. Drug sales and use, prostitution on the street just below our window in broad daylight. Someone tried to enter our room at 1 AM....

Bad hotel far from attractions

This hotel is located in a bad section of Milan far from the attractions. Although, at no additional cost you can look out your window to see drug usage, drug sales and prostitutes engaged in their profession. No, I'm not making that up! On top of that the hotel has no air conditioning! Don't go!...

Poor hotel

Very tired hotel in an suburb of Milan. Needs a refurbishment and some customer service trainings for the staff. Not a particularly nice area but there is a metro into the city. Food ok Staff mostly unhelpful. No hot water in the shower
Would not recommend...
