The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. While checking in, the front desk was more concerned about selling - first, offering me a suite (and sounding ironic when I declined - ''it's very big!'') rather than gauging the guest's needs - why would a solo traveller for a very short stay need a suite? Very good hotel in a central location albeit the surrounding area is a bit rough.
Interior is classic stylish Italian design. All dark colours and marble everywhere.
Breakfast buffet ok but playing loud Christmas tunes so loud that it made you shout to one another .
Great for a short pit stop in Milan...

We enjoyed our stay here as it is super convenient and is just a short walk from Milan Centrale. Most tourist attractions in Milan are all 10-15 minutes by train which made it easy for us to explore the city with our short time here. We also would like to commend the service at the buffet breakfast! They were all friendly and hospitable, especially Melissa who made the whole dining experience so welcoming. She was ve...

Excellent hotel. Close to the center within a short walk, excellent service, clean, reasonable breakfast. The staff makes an effort to meet every request, comfortable and well-equipped gym, pleasant bar for the evening, we feel safe and environmentally friendly. I have visited it quite a few times and will definitely continue to return....

The location was great - a two minute walk from the high speed train station. The staff was great checking us in and three room was great - well appointed. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Suite as we were celebrating a special anniversary. We were taken care of immediately when we needed taxis etc. Very impressive.
