We stayed for 6 nights. It was a good experience overall. The breakfast was simply amazing. There was everything you could think of to make your day! From fresh vienoisseries to fresh fruit and juices to the hot options! It was a royal breakfast that we had every morning! I had a wonderful stay at Starhotels Ritz! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast but what truly impressed me was the honesty and professionalism of the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left a valuable necklace in my room, and the housekeeper immediately reported and handed it in. That kind of integrity is rare these days! Disappointing Stay at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel

We chose the Starhotels Ritz in the center of Milan, expecting a true 4-star experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We booked a superior room for two people, but my first impression was disbelief it was so small that I wondered if I would even fit alone with my suitcase. There was simply no space for two people to move comfortably.

We stayed at the Starhotels Ritz as our last leg of a 10 day European trip since we were flying out of Milan. This is a very beautfiul hotel with impeccable staff. The first morning of our trip we were woken up by construction on a home outside our room/ The staff were so accomodating and Brigitte at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was not as interrupted.
