Pros:
1. Location: Located very close to the Duomo (400-500 metres). Most of the shopping and sights are within walking distance.
2. Hotel: The room was decently sized, and comfortable. The front office staff was helpful. Their rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing with almost a 270 degree view, with great food. No complaints really

Really good location. 5 min walk to the square in a quiet location. Roof bar is excellent with fantastic views. Only issue was our room, we had a suite, had a 5 min shower and it flooded bathroom and lounge ! There is no shower door and think there is a design issue !...

I chose your hotel specifically to celebrate my birthday and paid 1700 for four nights, expecting a safe, clean, and comfortable 4-star experience. Unfortunately, my stay was marked by a series of serious failures:

First, when you make a reservation at this location, be aware that the same property is shared with the Hotel Del Cavalieri. Be sure to specify Hotel The Square to your taxi driver to be taken to the right entrance (which is on the other side of the block).
