Great location, disappointing check in experience

Hotel location is great and rooms are nice. The check in experience wasn't the best. We arrived early and we had to ask 3-4 times if our room was ready since they didn't email or text us to inform us that our room would be ready at an earlier time nor would they tell us directly that the room wouldn't be ready till 3-4 pm. The receipt isn't itemized, so it's difficult to understand when it's just a number on the scre...

Centrally located a few minutes walk from the Duomo, perfect for getting around Milan.
The reception staff are polite are polite, professional and very helpful.
Good bar also....

Gilda was my waitress and she was amazing.her attention to my needs were the best. I never had to ask for another cup of macchiato. It was always there. She was highlight of the day. Food was good and choices were many. I am not staying at this hotel but come here for breakfast everyday...
