The most important in a Hotel is ben able to have a very good night sleep, right?! Well not in this case, the bed was a very very hard like sleeping on the floor or worse!!
Noisy pipes (all night), and very loud traffic noise. Impossible to relax.
A rather shabby hotel.
It was clean, well positioned in the central of Milan and that it is! Never again....

I made a reservation at his hotel because got a good review from my friend, but what happened was my worst experience. I booked the prepaid and not refundable room on Oct 2025 and got the confirmation number for my booking 18 -20 Oct 2025.

Great location, average room. Hard bed. Terrible pillows which must be so old. Lumpy and disintegrating. All 4 of them. Needs some TLC. How can a cleaner think its acceptable to keep putting those pillows back on the bed....

Noisy and dusty room, AC not working.

Location is good but the cleanliness could be much better. The room is dusty. The hotel has aged.
Furthermore the AC in our room is not working. It is 26 celcius inside the room at 10 pm. The technician is already gone for the day at 8pm. The reception is not willing to call the technician back to fix the ac, or move us to a different room citing lack of availability. We are forced to not have a sleep at all with bal...

Perfect location in Milan near metro and tram stops, plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, also grocery stores. Easy access to Parco Sempione for morning runs . Very safe neighbourhood
