Great central hotel in Milan.
Connected with Linate Airport in 15 minutes and two stops from Duomo.
Amazing rooftop bar

This hotel is well located. Was clean & tidy, but you can always find dirt if you try. Staff were friendly & helpful. View from restaurant on 13th floor is amazing. Very competitively priced. Only one gripe which does echo that of others. Tea & coffee making facilities were sub-par. Paper cups which you had to request on a daily basis. Only a small thing but it would make a big difference....

I had a terrible experience at Uptown Palace in Milan. The safe in my room wasnt working, so I couldnt store my belongings securely. The fridge was also broken, which caused my food to spoil. I called maintenance, but the technician didnt fix either problem and casually told me he would try again tomorrow even though my entire stay was only three days. I stayed at Uptown Palace for the F1. For a 4 star hotel the amenities were extremely POOR. The hair dryer didnt work. No plug near a mirror for doing hair etc. no plug in bathroom. No conditioner or shaving kit which is usually essential within hotels of that caliber. Usually when asking reception for water it is freely given, but here was not the case when telling us theres a bar. STAINS on towels multiple times ...
