A place to lay your head at most

Area was not great, also not happy that you have to pay for parking 12 a day even when paying to stay at the hotel. Dont really have access to much facilities.
The room layout was terrible, the shower had no door so it steamed up the room. The toilet has no ventilation. More like a kids room with views of abandoned graffiti buildings....

The rsting is based on value to customer service. The property is not the best given its location to Milan Center but is an excellent value given the excellent customer service, what it offers and the accommodation. Overall, this property excels at observing IHG loyalty. It is probably one of the best in this regards.
I like the modern decor and style.

We had the best time here. We spent most of our time here with Miguel at the bar and he is the sweetest man ever . He was so welcoming and so nice to us throughout our shift trip. He really made our experience . Would recommend this place 100%. Was a great holiday...

Great hotel! With awesome views of the surrounding mountains! Well connected to the motorways either you going to Como/Turin/Bergamo! With a 10 minutes walk you reach Certosa train station that leads you to the city centre. The hotel is very clean and staff super helpful! I will definitely stay again! The Spa /Gym access can be improved as it feels like you are always on a timer...
