Staying here as we attended a football game at San Siro. Wow what can I say, beautiful hotel and we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite (as I am diamond elite), our room was ready early. Breakfast was great, the service and staff was 10/10, thank you very much for looking after us. Would stay here again next time in Milan

A place to lay your head at most

Area was not great, also not happy that you have to pay for parking 12 a day even when paying to stay at the hotel. Dont really have access to much facilities.
The room layout was terrible, the shower had no door so it steamed up the room. The toilet has no ventilation. More like a kids room with views of abandoned graffiti buildings....

The rsting is based on value to customer service. The property is not the best given its location to Milan Center but is an excellent value given the excellent customer service, what it offers and the accommodation. Overall, this property excels at observing IHG loyalty. It is probably one of the best in this regards.

We had the best time here. We spent most of our time here with Miguel at the bar and he is the sweetest man ever . He was so welcoming and so nice to us throughout our shift trip. He really made our experience . Would recommend this place 100%. Was a great holiday...
