A Great hotel in the suburbs

A good hotel in the Milano suburbs. If you follow Google maps you'll never find the hotel. Maps recommend you take the metro to a station. Walk 100m then left for about a 15 minutes walk. Followed maps and gave up and got a taxi which took about 15 minutes to find this great hotel.
Good breakfast buffet, rooms to a good standard too. Being in a suburb it's not as expensive as the city hotels either.

We stayed here for my sons 13th Birthday. We had booked tickets to inter vs bologna game. We flew into Bergamo aiport and got the terravision bus transfer which cost 36 for 2 adults 2 kids (note dont book in advance just walk straight outside of airport and you will see a sign. Buses every 10-30mins. Pay on door. This bus took us the 45 min journey to milan centrale station. We google maps the hotel from here and the...

OK hotel - not a convenient area

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself was OK. Clean and basic. It's not a great location. It's in the suburbs and is a very quiet area with limited amenities around it. It was a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station (over a train track bridge). There is a bus (#81) that you can catch about a 5 minute walk from the hotel that will take you down to the Central station. A cab to the Central station cost about...

So very disappointed. On arrival Bita the woman behind the desk was miserable, unwelcoming and extremely rude. Not a great start to our trip! She needs some training in customer service as unfortunately every time we needed concierge we were met with her bad attitude.
The hotel is 20 minutes walk from Sondrio the nearest metro and after a full day of walking around Milan is not great.

The room was very small in size,no space for a cupboard,chair/table.It lacked basic facilities like tea/coffee sachet,iron ,shaving kit or toothpaste/brush etc. Not good value for money .The saving grace was it's location - being close to the supermarket & Milano centrale station....
