The receptionists behaviour was very unprofessional. I arrived with my family around 1 p.m., and although the room was already booked, she said it would take 20 minutes to clean. After 20 minutes, I asked again, and she repeated the same response. Her tone and attitude were very rude, and one of her colleagues also witnessed this. The staff were friendly, the hotel is very clean and there are lots of local supermarket markets and local restaurants around I really enjoyed my stay here....
