Staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was very clean and smelled of lovely fragrance as does many places in Oman. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of fresh food. Very pleasant stay overall. The family suite was spacious and comfortable....

The location was very good and it was quite central surrounded by restaurants, shops and juice places. Avenues Mall was close by too. We were given rooms on the 6th floor by Yusra in reception which were much better and more updated then the 3rd floor which were given initially. Housekeeping staff were very good they cleaned the room very well, always used to greet us and each day provided us with tea/coffee water...

We had a lovely birthday meal in the restaurant. The food was exceptional and staff were very informative and great service from Ismail. Would totally recommend eating at this restaurant. Look forward to coming back for breakfast tomorrow morning....
