A lovely hotel situation next to the marina. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. The rooms were clean, well serviced and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work in our room for the duration of our stay, despite reporting it on several occasions. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options.
We were travelling with a baby and the hotel staff accommodated us so well and everyone was so friendly towards us and our baby. Couldnt fault them! ...

Thin walls and aggressive maid morning service

Nice hotel but very thin walls. Maid barged into our room at 7:19 am without knocking and while we were sleeping. She did it again at 8:15 am. Would not have expected this from a high-end expensive hotel. I felt like they were trying to get us out quickly so that they could service the room quickly for the next guests. ...

I enjoyed our stay here as it was in a nice location and the room was nice. The only thing that let it down was the lack of complimentary water in the room. Paid water from the fridge was expensive....
