Great hotel in a great location

My wife and I stayed eight nights at Grand Hotel Santa Lucia. The hotel is located close to the sea and the castle with a lot of restaurants around. Most parts of the city can be easily reached by foot and we walked most if the time to reach the old town and museums. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and pro active. Room was very clean with comfortable bedding. We for sure will come back again....

I think i would not book this hotel again

From the outside great, but inside the rooms are very very small, tiny rooms. The breakfast is not good. Therefore overpriced for what you get! In addition the taxis at the taxi stand right by the hotel are cheaters. They take double. The hotel should intervene ....

Outstanding views over the sea, a perfect breakfast and great location for walk to old Naples

Warm welcome from the front desk and the room was ready. Beautiful lobby and breakfast restaurant and also dinner restaurant. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with great coffee. We had a Sea view room, with a small balcony, overlooking ovo castle. Stunning to stand out there and watch the sun on the Mediterranean and Naples Bay. Extremely good location, short walk to old Naples. Highly recommend and would stay here a...

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with views. There was some construction on the side roads but once its finished it will be an even more prestige hotel....
