The hotel was very nice and comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was very nice ( ciao Carla!) and breakfast was great! Right across the street from the lungomare - I would definitely stay here again....

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia was a great experience. The accommodations were pristine, clean, spacious with some great views. We had arrived by train from Rome to Naples on the day of the Taxi Strike. We had no transportation to our hotel. After contacting the hotel, they arranged for a private car to pick 5 people with luggage and transport to the hotel. The Hotel above and beyond to accommodate us. Din...

Book this! I searched for months, at least 50 properties in Naples and Positano for our family of 4. The family suite is huge with two rooms and each has a balcony. This is a 4+ I'd say even 5 star hotel. Immaculately clean, the first day they brought fresh pastries while we were away, amazing free breakfast, helpful lobby staff, piano bar every night and more. This is a beautiful facility, well located with a staff ready to be of assistance. They were professional, kind, friendly and went out of their way to offer their services. The food was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Highly recommend....

Selecting a hotel is stressful, overwhelming and a gamble (especially in a foreign country) but in this case my leap of faith paid off. The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia was just as billed.
