4th, worst & last time. Reservations were a nightmare they refused to let 1 family of 4 stay in a room but let my other family member with 4 stay in a room, making me pay for 3 rooms. We came home with fleas from pets who stayed in the rooms. Dog barked all night in the room next to us. Rooms are worn, needs painting, furniture banged up and scratched. Loud Parties on the main floor that you could hear all night. Con...

This hotel is perfectly situated along the waterfront, offering stunning views of the sea and Castel dellOvo. Granddaughter Sanna Lucia has been recently renovated and hes on the art of Naples. Enjoy an excellent location by the seaside 10 minutes walk from the famous Villa with well trained and pleasant personal. Ideal place for a romantic breakaway or a family holiday....

I wouldnt recommend staying at Grand Hotel Santa Lucia. The property feels poorly maintained, and the lack of proper upkeep really shows throughout the hotel. The air conditioning was not working during my stay, which made the room quite uncomfortable.
For the price, the facilities are very mediocre and dont justify the cost at all. What was most disappointing, though, was the staffs attitudethey were not helpful...

Excellent location and a nice room, but the service, amenities, and overall value does not match the pricing.
First, the positives. The location on the waterfront is excellent. Note that the roadway in front of the hotel is currently under construction, with extremely limited vehicle traffic (one lane, one direction). This means no traffic noise, which is really nice.
