Awful hotel

This location is terrible. The hotel is in massive disrepair and its located in a very economically depressed area with high drug use sanitation problems, lack of hotel amenities such as restaurants shops in general safe areas to walk....

Atrocious hospitality

Just canceled my Wyndham Rewards membership due to the absolutely unprofessional behavior of a staff member here (tall, curt, worked at the front desk). I was trying to use their wifi to see rates for a room I planned to book that evening. He would not even let me do this, and asked me sternly to leave, following me all the way to the door.

Disappointed Lost My Wallet, Poor Response from Hotel

I stayed here and checked out on May 25, 2025, around 10:30 AM. I accidentally left my black Gucci wallet under the pillow in the room. It contained all my documents (ID, residence permit, driver's license, Postepay) and 400 in cash. I am 100% sure I left it there.

We stayed at Ramada for 6 nights. We arrived at about 11 AM and we were able to get the room right away, which was a very pleasant surprise. We had a large and very clean room. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and we slept well. The reception and the restaurant staff were pleasant and polite. Came back to our room to find the red light on indicating there was someone in our room. When we entered, there was a keycard left in the panel which turned the lights on and off. We only had one key issued to us-so I knew it wasn't us. I spoke to a man at the reception desk who told me to bring the card down to the reception desk.
