An expensive hotel in a great position
but overpriced for what it offers
the modernist design at reception doesn't really work
the room design with the bathroom is terrible
the shower - did not drain and the toilet is really awful
the service at reception was great but at the Bar quite unfriendly
overall for the price not great and I doubt we will return...

Great if you avoid the terrace bar and restaurant

The hotel is beautiful, front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Waitstaff at terrace restaurant is horrible. If you want to have dinner or a drink, go somewhere nearby. Two nights in a row we waited half an hour at a table and finally had to ask for service. Will not try it the third time....

Fantastic Base for Trip to Napoli

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Napoli and loved our stay. The staff is exceptional! The hotel itself is ultra-modern, super clean and definitely stylish!
Location-wise, it's very close to the cruise ship terminal, a short walk to the Metro station (subway), and a 15-20 walk into the heart of Napoli's historic area with great cafes and bars. The front desk team was always eager to assist with directio...

What an incredible visit we had to the Romeo Napoli Hotel. We were initially greeted by an incredible Front Office Team, Doorman, and Porter. Chiara was our on-property hostess, and she was phenomenal. We had the Penthouse Suite and a Harborview Suite. The penthouse suite was the absolute best room I've ever stayed in. This amazing chain hotel from The Romeo Collection is located in the heart of Napoli Port with a spectacular view of Mount Vesuvio and Port Napoli !
