Very nice hotel, very coinvent location for lower Manhattan. Area is not touristy at all, lots of attractions close by - walk to Soho, walk to Canal St, walk to Little Italy, and direct access to subway to take you uptown....

I cant believe how gross this place was. Way too much for a tiny, dirty room. Im really shocked at how much this place has deteriorated in such a short time...

This stay was far more stressful than it should have been. From the moment I stepped outside my room, the entire property felt locked in an intense cold spell. The ground had that unmistakable hardened, glossy look that comes with prolonged freezing temperatures, making every step feel uncertain and risky.

Excellent property very close to all of the shopping of Soho and Tribeca.

We enjoyed this property for 3 nights before moving to Midtown for a few nights. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Its phenomenal. This property is steps away from all of the shopping of Soho and has a Subway station a few feet from the main entrance.

I booked this hotel for two different nights. I had two different experiences. First night I was on the 2nd floor facing York St-no issues. Second night I was in the 5th floor facing York St. I kept checking to see if the windows were closed because the street noise was so bad. About 12:45am the garbage trucks started and that went on for about 20 minutes. Four am I could hear people on the sidewalk talking. Didn't g...
