Our experience at the Ace was great as always!! We arrived earlier than check-in, and conveniently our room was ready! There was a king and a double in the room - definitely more than enough space for 2 adults and one teen boy. I had breakfast in the lobby - the chia pudding was so delicious (fresh figs!). The Ace came highly recommended by a family member and we were not disappointed. From the warm and friendly front desk staff, to the very cool lounge in the lobby, we were very happy with our stay. Easy hotel validated parking right next store as well....

The Ace Hotel has a great atmosphere of cozy friendliness and a sense of history. The lobby is spacious, furnished with comfortable couches, high tops, and wing back chairs. It invites you to get a drink at the bar and settle in with friends. The soaring ceiling of punched tin panels has beautiful stained glass windows, and a historic American flag hangs above the bar. Feels like coming home because of Freddy

Theres a moment every time we walk into the Ace Hotel, especially during the holidays, when the travel drops away and we exhale. A big reason for that is Freddy.
Freddy remembers us every visit. He connects in a way that feels completely genuine. He has this calm, caring presence that instantly makes the hotel feel familiar and warm, even on the busiest days.

Ace Hotel (29th St) is excellent value for money. The check-in experience was friendly, professional and highly organised. The room was large and fully stocked, from a large fridge to dressing gowns and a bath/shower with a stunning view looking toward Times Square.
