Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms! Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful as well, especially Gurkan! On location bar and coffee dock are great, would also recommend dropping into Culture coffee a couple of doors up.

The view from our room is beautiful and truly encapsulates the identity of NYC. The service has been stupendous from the start, with staff members showing the same great hospitality each day we head out to see the city. Thank you, Arlo Midtown, for a great first stay in NYC!...

Wonderful and attentive team of people that listen and care about the guest experience. Comfy space, delicious breakfast. Musa at the front desk and Mohamad in the coffee shop are awesome! Everyone at Arlo made my husbands birthday magical, despite a winter storm and freezing weather....

Very nice room, really comfy bed, black out blind worked! Cool TV, excellent location, lovely toiletries, impressed with the lift scan your room key & your lift arrives & takes you to the right floor! Lovely seating area in reception with simulated log fire. Reception really helpful would definitely stay again!...

The experience was excellent Gurkan was an excellent bellhop very professional. Right from when we entered the hotel he was the guy that kept things moving smoothly at the front desk. He was very thorough with all his actions from showing us the elevator operation and making sure we settled in to our room and asked if we requested anything else during our stay....
