Hotel extremely well located and comfortable, close to several points of interest in the city. This is the sixth time I have stayed here. Super helpful and attentive staff, especially Alejandro, who helped me promptly at various times during my stay....

Great stay!!!!!!!!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was great and helpful; Angelo was attentive and friendly! Highly recommend this place! Also the location was very central with good restaurants nearby...

I had a great experience at the Arlo Soho location! The front desk staff was lovely and personable. After being in my room for around 10 minutes, I received a call from the front desk to ensure the room was to my liking. The food service was quick and delicious.

The best experience ever

When we arrived, we immediately felt a warm welcome. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
The neighborhood was amazing, with lots of cute places to eat and nice areas to walk around. The metro station was also close by, and within 20-30 minutes, we were at every location we wanted to visit.
Every time we walked in or out of the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly, and they were always happy to chat.
