Absolutely fantastic place to say!

What a fantastic place, in a tremendous area. Very close to several transit choices, great restaurants all around, and markets/ pharmacies.
As for the hotel its really incredible. The whole staff is so helpful and friendly. Especially the bell men. Man they work there ass off. The rooms are very clean, with everything you need, we have not done a sales presentation at this location but have at other locations. Ye...

Great room and amenities

It was great. We stayed as Club Wyndham members. It was like having an apartment or suite. It was clean, nicely appointed and a nice view from the 12th floor. The location is OK. There are a variety of restaurants nearby - we might suggest the Perfect Pint located next door....

Nice place, but DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE!

Well kept place in a good location for seeing the "sights" of NYC. Really just a hotel, not a "resort".
No matter how good they make it sound or how much pressure / coercion is applied, do NOT buy a timeshare! The "salespeople" totally misrepresent what you will receive / have. Like many owners, I would give away my ownership if I could. Fees are too high and just keep rising faster than the CPI....

Excellent location in midtown convenient to public transportation. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. And the staff is very friendly and helpful....

Resort staff great. Sales staff disrespectful.

The location and the resort staff are the great parts of this property. The sales staff was shamefully disrespectful once I started saying no to their presentation offers. And since it is that way at almost every Wyndham resort, their apologies and promises of improvement are meaningless. You just have to price in that disrespect as a part of the whole package....
