A great modern hotel and lovely staff.

Great modern hotel with really nice bar/cafe area. The room was the best with a huge shower unlike many rooms in New York.
Yan was so helpful and pleasant and let us check in early, plus sent us an email ti tell us the room was ready. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and offering to print documents out for us as their own computer for guests use was down temporarily. I would definitely stay here again ...

Clean hotel and fast lifts, reception is on the 2nd floor and the reception staff and very friendly and the bar man was good but 2 drinks for 25 dollars 1 gin and tonic and one tea is very overpriced. Didnt eat there so cant comment on the quality!
No kettle in the room just a pod machine with pods( 4) replenished each day, 3 coffee 1 tea.
They take a security deposit from you think it was 450 dollars and then tak...

Excellent customer service/ super friendly staff. Decent size rooms with good storage, huge bathroom, and clean! Nice spot midtown outside of the town square overflow. Would definitely stay again!...

Such solid customer service - I was incredibly impressed. I was traveling with a friend ave when we went to check in, they had us down for a single king size bed. While I've known this friend almost as long as my husband, we weren't ready to take the relationship to the next level (haha).
