The location was great!! Very walkable to Bryant Park and Grand Central Station. Our room was nice. But what made the trip was the customer service provided by JUSTIN. The day we left for our trip my husband fell and hurt his knee and was not going to be able to join us unless we rented a wheelchair. Justin made suggestions for us, provided company names,etc. We arranged for the wheelchair, got settled in our room, J...

Spectacular hotel! Great location. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Very cool aesthetic due to the lighting in the room. Great bathroom and shower. Wonderful bar. Employees were spectacular, especially Justin. Would highly recommend!...

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room for two nights at the EVEN Hotel New York - Midtown East by IHG in the summer of 2025. We arrived in the city late that afternoon ready to unwind, only to get a call from Mayisha that they overbooked the hotel and we were out a room. How do you overbook a hotel?
She politely said we could check for other hotels. Thanks! No problem in Manhattan at 6 pm.

Great hotel in ripper location . It is just off third Ave but pretty quite spot and very quite at night . Staff are super friendly bar had great happy hours , rooms were very nice and clean comfy beds ....
