Comfortable hotel with good amenities and near Grand Central and Times Square. Roof terrace is a plus on a nice day. Cons - at least one lift wasnt working each day and staff were not as welcoming as other US hotels e.g. they could have explained the food and drink offering, as its self service but not clear how you would get breakfast items...

We loved our stay at Even in Midtown. The hotel is stylish and cool straight away, we were checked in quickly and given a high room with a street view which is such a plus when visiting NYC.
The staff are so friendly, helping me with every little thing with endless patience and ease.

My son (18) and I arrived into NYC for a senior trip and Yan was incredible in helping us get settled. They coat checked our luggage and we went out to enjoy the city all day. Yan recommended a great bagel shop 'Bagel Market' and then suggested the Staton Island Ferry and more. It was awesome. Brilliant service and it really helped make our stay that much better! 5 Stars!...

This served as a good enough base for us during our trip.
Pros- location is great, close to grand central, Times Square, fifth ave etc. stores, coffee places and restaurants all nearby. Room is decent enough in terms of size and amenities, we were 2 girls and we had plenty of space to store our clothes, make up, etc. bathroom is great too.

We made a really good choice staying here. The location is great, within walking distance of most of mid-town, Times Square, etc. Plenty of shops and eateries within a couple of minutes walk. Everything was modern and clean with a nice sitting area in the lobby/restaurant area. Our room was great clean, modern, and comfortable with good views over the city (we were on the 27th floor).
